Late Fees

By the end of 2017, we learned that we needed to have a late fee policy.

Our goal is to keep RG Fiber financially sound for the sake of our employees, customers, vendors, and community. We understand that life happens; we’re still committed to helping you through the bumps in life. Just contact our rockstar customer service team at 785-594-5414. Everything will be kept absolutely confidential.

Invoices are due on the 1st of each month. We will apply a $5 late fee to unpaid balances on the 5th. 

If an account has an unpaid balance after 30 days, service will be shut off remotely. At which point there are 3 options:

  1. Full payment plus a $35 reconnection fee to restore services.
  2. Schedule to have a technician reclaim equipment.
  3. Or pay full replacement costs on all equipment.

We will no longer be able to allow a residential account to be “moved” from one administrator to another.  As the account administrator, you may add additional administrators or users.  However, you can not remove yourself.  If the account administrator is moving from the residence and the other parties there wish to retain service, they will need to contact our office and have an account created.  This will ensure that the proper parties are responsible for payment of services.
