Everything will be kept absolutely confidential.
Invoices will continue to be due on the 1st. Except where late fees are set pursuant to law, the current late fee will be $5.00 or 1.5% of the amount past due, whichever is greater, each month.
After 60 days, service will be shut off remotely. At which point there are 3 options:
- Full payment plus a $35 reconnection fee to restore services.
- Schedule to have a technician reclaim equipment.
- Or pay full replacement costs on all equipment.
We’ll continue to provide friendly email reminders and phone calls along the way in hopes of avoiding any additional fees.
