Ok. So this one sucks to talk about. Up to this point, we haven’t had any late fees. Well, we’ve learned that we can’t keep that going.
Our goal is to keep RG Fiber financially sound for the sake of our employees, customers, vendors, and community. We understand that life happens; we’re still committed to helping you through the bumps in life. Just contact our rockstar customer service team at 785-594-5414. Everything will be kept absolutely confidential.
Invoices will continue to be due on the 1st. Starting in January, we will apply a late fee to unpaid balances on the 5th and an additional $1 every day thereafter until the balance is paid. Our hope is to encourage payment sooner rather than later.
After 60 days, service will be shut off remotely. At which point there are 3 options:
- Full payment plus a $35 reconnection fee to restore services.
- Schedule to have a technician reclaim equipment.
- Or pay full replacement costs on all equipment.
We’ll continue to provide friendly email reminders and phone calls along the way in hopes of avoiding any additional fees.
