Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Honestly, we do a little happy dance when we get to install service for new customer. It really does mean the world to us and serves as the wind in our sails to keep dreaming big and innovating ways to improve RG Fiber and make our customers even happier.
Our hearts desire is for the ‘rest of us’ who choose to live in small towns to experience reliable, super-fast fiber internet. Every dollar makes a huge difference and goes towards connecting another customer who’s still buffering and still waiting for RG Fiber.
Don’t worry. It’s still the same price.
Since RG Fiber doesn’t have gimmicky introductory specials, you don’t need to call us on your ‘fibervarsy’ and haggle just to keep your same price. We hope you love our simple pricing approach.
MyRG (pronounced ‘my’ ‘r’ ‘g’)
You can access your account online anytime at https://my.rgfiber.com. You can see your invoices, set up automatic payments on a credit/debit card, or just make a payment. If you need any assistance logging in, please let us know. We’re planning on adding more awesome-ness in 2018, so seriously check it out.
Ok. So this one sucks to talk about. Up to this point, we haven’t had any late fees. Well, we’ve learned that we can’t keep that going.
Our goal is to keep RG Fiber financially sound for the sake of our employees, customers, vendors, and community. We understand that life happens; we’re still committed to helping you through the bumps in life. Just contact our rockstar customer service team at 785-594-5414. Everything will be kept absolutely confidential.
Invoices will continue to be due on the 1st. Starting in January, we will apply a late fee to unpaid balances on the 5th and an additional $1 every day thereafter until the balance is paid. Our hope is to encourage payment sooner rather than later.
After 60 days, service will be shut off remotely. At which point there are 3 options:
- Full payment plus a $35 reconnection fee to restore services.
- Schedule to have a technician reclaim equipment.
- Or pay full replacement costs on all equipment.
We’ll continue to provide friendly email reminders and phone calls along the way in hopes of avoiding any additional fees.
When we had just a handful of customers, printing and stuffing envelopes was a joyful process. And it continued to be joyful as we grew and grew…but now…well, the paper cuts are getting old. So, please, please, sign up for email invoices. Save trees and our customer service crew’s fingers.
Beginning in 2018, we’ll add a $1 “paper invoice fee” for those that still want us to mail invoices. We thought that sounded better than “bandages for paper cuts fee”.
