Why is this important and what does it mean?
Download speed refers to how many megabits of data per second it takes to download data from a server in the form of images, videos, text, files and audio.
Upload speed refers to how many megabits of data per second you can send information from your computer to another device or server on the internet.
Also called latency, ping is the reaction time of your connection–how quickly your device gets a response after you’ve sent out a request.
Jitter measures the quality of your connection. In a nutshell, it’s telling you how many packets of data are being dropped.
FCC (Federal Communications Commission ) recognized that 25 download and 3 upload is basic for internet users. Test it out and see what it reveals for you.
